Do you have a old rusty or even smelly trunk In your attic or basement ready to throw it away but it has sentimental value. Well, I have the answer. I can refinish it to almost new. So you can pull it out of the basement and proudly display it in any room in your house and alway be able to remember your loved one. You would be amazed at the transformation and how many great uses a antique trunk has.

The cost I charge to refinishing a whole trunk is a basic rate $295 Plus Shipping to and from.Or You may Drop It off if that could be a option we are in Worcester,MA The $295 will include:

*Removing (Covering) Canvas,Leather, (**Metal Additional charge applies.) This will expose the beautiful Wood underneath* Removal of Old Lining Cleaning Inside to remove any odors, clear polyurethane, hand sanding for a smooth surface, hardware, metal trim cleaned(removal of rust)

Additional Service Extras:

Removal of metal Covering $100

Restoring The hardware color Brass,Black $100

Any Parts Such as Handles,Belt straps,Hasp,Locks & matching up keys to your trunk locks are additional

Plus the cost of Shipping to and from Or free if you Drop off and Pick up locally in Mass. Depending on size and weight the shipping can range from $45-$95 Plus the cost of parts needed. If your trunk is painted there is a $50.00 charge to strip it. Some parts can be replaced with Antique Parts if available or reproduction parts. Some part could be rare and hard to find If available antique parts are used. Such as end caps, slat clamps, locks Keys . I can also re-line the inside of your trunk with your choice of lining fabric or wall paper. Which ever you would desire also you would have to ship to me or drop off locally. Can be placed inside the trunk to ship. The charge to re-line is $75.00

How long will it take? 1 week - 3 weeks depending on the trunk and distance. Currently We have openings.
